Heather supports the Science Program through grant development and management.
Prior to joining the foundation, Heather worked as a high school physics teacher at the boarding school King’s Academy in Jordan. As an intern at Montana State University, she studied solar flare hard x-ray emissions and magnetic reconnection. Another internship Heather held was at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center doing space weather forecasting. Her other experiences include outreach for Tufts’ Society of Physics Students chapter, as well as outreach for Ears for Peers, Tufts’ anonymous student-run support hotline.
Heather received a B.S. from Tufts University, where she studied physics.
