Biography
Carly supports the organization on financial assessments, grant budget development and reviews, staff training, and demand driving advisory services such as budget structure and other grant solutions.
Prior to joining the foundation, Carly worked as a finance manager for a government-funded manufacturing research institute, where she led grant administration and budgeting for a workforce development team.
Carly earned her B.S. in chemistry from Westminster College and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Financial Management from University of Kentucky. In her free time, Carly enjoys skiing, hiking, and cooking.
