Tracie Sugiyama

Biography

Prior to joining the foundation, she worked at law firms for 14 years, including Foley & Lardner, LLP, Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. Tracie provided legal support to busy partners in corporate, real estate, tax, patents and licensing. She has worked on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, real estate commercial transactions, licensing and patent assignments.

Tracie earned her master’s degree in criminal justice from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
