Biography

With 20 years of experience across multiple domains of Human Resources, Amy is passionate about partnering with leaders and teams to do their best work and continuously grow. At the foundation, Amy is responsible for leading the learning & development, talent management and employee engagement functions as well as serving as an HR business partner for groups throughout the organization.

Prior to joining the Moore Foundation, Amy spent 14 years at Alphabet holding leadership roles in recruiting, talent management, leadership and organizational development and most recently as an HR business partner at X, Google's Moonshot Factory. Prior to her tenure at X, she built capabilities and increased the learning agility of leaders and teams at fast-paced orgs in Google including YouTube, Waymo, Verily, and Access. The foundation of her career in organizational development was established at the American Red Cross in Portland, Oregon.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona.
