Biography
Grace oversees payroll operations and will support HR team functions with benefits administration, new hire onboarding, as well as coordination of in-house training opportunities and foundation events.
Before joining the foundation, Grace supported HR functions at Roofstock, Inc., where she built out HR processes, developed the company’s first formal internship program, and onboarded over 800 employees.
Grace has also previously worked for The Bay School of San Francisco and the Making Waves Foundation managing their donation database and overseeing donor appreciation.
Grace has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, East Bay.
