Biography

Briana Abrams is the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation’s inaugural Nonprofit Law Fellow. As a Nonprofit Law Fellow, she works with the Legal Team to provide legal support for the foundation’s programmatic and administrative teams.

Previously, Briana worked at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, where she represented public school districts and community college districts in municipal bond financings.

Briana earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology, with honors, from the University of California, San Diego, and her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in California.
