Based in Oakland, California, the Integrated Care Leadership Network is a nonprofit with a mission to build healthier relationships between clinicians, students, patients and the broader community to improve care across the health care continuum. The organization was founded in 2011.
The network’s mission is achieved through innovative learning exchanges and targeted training that provides a forum to build and apply skills fundamental to tackling health care’s toughest challenges. The organization delivers innovative programming to build skills in five core leadership competencies that are foundational for professional excellence.
Programs and materials are developed by leadership professionals who have spent years on the front lines of health care leading successful initiatives in change management, quality improvement and leadership development at a wide variety of health care institutions.
