This grant to Pacific Environment helps strengthen the capacity of Kamchatka-based NGOs working to protect wild salmon. Outcomes for this grant include Increased poacher interdictions and decreased overall levels of poaching, increased support (in Kamchatka and nationwide) for Kamchatka salmon conservation, and mitigation of critical development threats to Kamchatka salmon watersheds.
