To develop a new cloud-computing system for the origination, planning, and evaluation of Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation projects from its Land Change Modeler software system. The new cloud-computing system will be publicly available in a geospatial database facility provided by Google's Earth Engine.
