To continue efforts in diversifying the student and faculty populations in science and engineering. The format will include a program for recruiting and educating high school students, a research and bridge program for incoming freshmen, a training and recruitment program for undergraduate minority researchers, graduate fellowships, start-up support for underrepresented members of Caltech’s faculty, and funds for program assessment.
