To disseminate the results of an analysis that examined successes and shortcomings of Dedicated Access Privilege (DAP) programs, also known as catch shares, in North America and made recommendations to address ecological, economic, and social objectives in implementation. A key outcome of the grant is that stakeholders in New England and on the West Coast have a heightened sophistication and understanding of DAP programs.
