Through funding to the UCSF Center for the Health Professions, the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation supported the creation and development of the Integrated Nurse Leadership Program (INLP), a forum for frontline caregivers that works to improve patient safety by fostering nurses’ leadership and change management skills.  In a story for the San Francisco Chronicle, Victoria Colliver reports on the results of INLP’s life-saving work.
