Oakland’s Chabot Space & Science Center has just announced the appointment of Adam Tobin as the 130-year-old museum’s new executive director. Tobin was previously the director of global studios at the Exploratorium. He succeeds Alexander Zwissler, who had served as executive director from 2007 until earlier this year.
