Since May, the Government of Bolivia and Wildlife Conservation Society have been conducting a scientific expedition, supported in part by the Moore Foundation, through Madidi National Park. Identidad Madidi began in the high Andes mountains and will extend into the depths of the rainforest, while the researchers document Madidi's extraordinary biodiversity. In the latest announcement from the field, WCS today released photos of some of the moths that scientists have discovered en route.
