In California, the Sonoma Land Trust and its partners are working to secure safe passage for wildlife across Sonoma County, from Napa to Marin. By maintaining regionally significant wildlife linkages, we can help conserve ecological function, wildlife movement and the genetic transfer that ultimately helps sustain the biodiversity and health of ecosystems.
“Through its work in the Sonoma Valley Wildlife Corridor, the Sonoma Land Trust is taking a strategic and holistic approach to strengthening the habitat protection and functionality of the Marin Coast to Blue Ridge Critical Linkage.
