Cissie is the adaptive management and evaluation associate and supports the foundation’s work in evaluation performance measurement/management, data development and organizational learning.
Prior to joining the foundation, Cissie provided support in the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems for a NGO that provides agriculture, financial inclusion, healthcare and education services to communities in Kenya and Ethiopia. She also worked as a public sector consultant in Malaysia and conducted assessments of over 20 government initiatives.
Cissie received a master of public administration from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, focusing on economic and political development. She received a bachelor of science in management science from the University of California, San Diego.
