To support the development and implementation of an Intensive Care Unit-Awakening and Breathing Coordination, Delirium Monitoring, and Exercise/Early Mobility intervention; a reduction in the percent of hospitalized patients with significantly high or low blood glucose levels; and development and implementation of an inter-professional team model with the goal of significantly reducing morbidity, mortality, and improving patient outcomes.
