For a comprehensive terrestrial carbon accounting solution being negotiated under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and related fora. The work aims to build consensus around an approach to terrestrial carbon and will explore how best to include agriculture, forestry and other land uses in an international climate solution. The project seeks to garner broad support and consensus around the design of a comprehensive terrestrial carbon approach to ensure international negotiations advance in a coordinated manner and prepare countries to achieve meaningful and robust global emissions reductions.
