This grant will support an independent evaluation of The Ocean Conservancy’s Overfishing Scorecard and a research project to assess the current state of understanding of Area-Based Management by key stakeholders and decision-makers in the US. Key outputs of the grant include recommendations for improvement of the Overfishing Scorecard and market research and analysis to guide education, outreach, and communication strategies in support of Area-Based Management.
