The University of Minnesota's Institute on the Environment (IonE) has just launched a dynamic new website, Food Matters, to share information about the major drivers of global food security and related environmental impacts. Topics covered include global food production, food waste and agriculture's impact on water quality. The featured research was supported in part by the Moore Foundation.
