In 2004, the foundation awarded its first of three grants to Techbridge, an award-winning national nonprofit devoted to inspiring girls to change the world through science, technology, engineering and math (“STEM”). Over the next six years, the foundation supported subsequent work including Techbridge’s national launch.

Now, with support from Chevron, Techbridge has produced a report that provides best practices to encourage girls in STEM education and careers and that offers solutions to expanding opportunities and diversity in the STEM workforce.
