Purpose This grant, the first of several grants, intends to create an innovative nursing education model leading to new leaders in healthcare and allows UC Davis to launch the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing. During the two year grant term, UC Davis will recruit and hire key personnel, faculty and staff; develop curriculum; market the program; and build it’s development capabilities to raise additional funds to support the school.
