Microbial Environmental Genomic Applications: Modeling, Experimentation and Remote Sensing (MEGAMER)

In support of identifying relevant probes and testing biological sensors to deploy on remote, in situ ocean observing platforms. The data generated from these studies will be used to inform models developed to evaluate the effects of microorganisms on the Earth's biome, as well as their responses to global environmental changes.
