Purpose
World Wildlife Fund-US and its partner World Wildlife Fund-Brazil will secure funder and government commitments in support of the financial sustainability of the Amazon Region Protected Areas Program and provide technical support to Brazilian protected area agencies in the refinement of management effectiveness indicators. Grant outputs include analyses of management effectiveness and contribution of protected areas to national and regional economies, communication and fundraising materials, design of fund structures, fund-raising, and coordination of a multi-stakeholder engagement process.
