Purpose
To enable a consortium of investigators led by the University of California, San Diego to develop new insights into the resilience and robustness of global lake and coral reef ecosystems. The outcome will be accomplished through the comparative analysis of data resulting from the application of a suite of newly developed cyberinfrastructure tools that are freely distributed to all interested laboratories.
