Purpose
In support of integrating a novel suite of bioinformatic tools for analyzing viral metagenomic datasets into a major public DNA sequence analysis platform. The funding will be used to improve the Viral Informatics Resource for Metagenome Exploration and transition it into the Community Cyberinfrastructure for Advanced Microbial Ecology Research and Analysis.
