Purpose
For a Magnet Readiness program at the University of California, San Francisco (USCF) Medical Center, including the improvement of nursing-related patient outcomes to levels meeting or exceeding Magnet benchmarks. This program will lead to the outcomes of a reduction in the hospital-wide Hospital-Acquired Pressure Ulcer rate, a reduction in the hospital-wide Central Line Blood Stream Infection rate, and submission of UCSF's Magnet application by July 15, 2012.
