Purpose
In support of KQED Public Media QUEST programming, a science and nature series intended to improve science literacy and teaching among diverse audiences. QUEST includes educational media, educator guides, teaching resources, and professional development support for educators. Funding will be used to complete the project's fourth season, including QUEST's weekly radio reports, original online media (videos, blog content, and science reporting for KQED News), and the 2010 Science Education Institute for Bay Area science educators.
