Purpose
To advance the Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation and forest carbon policy dialogue, at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and at the national-level, to reconcile the potential for sub-national project activities to deliver emissions reductions and secure financing within emerging regulatory frameworks.
