Purpose
To create a more proactive and informed approach to climate change among Bay Area institutions. Funds will be used to establish a new Bay Area Ecosystems and Climate Change Consortium to overcome fragmented approaches and proactively engage scientists with resource managers to coordinate research, monitoring and management efforts to reduce negative climate change impacts on the region's ecosystems.
