Purpose
This grant to the University of Colorado at Boulder Law School (Colorado Law) will enable the planning and coordination by participating states to develop a clear plan for the implementation of MOUs between nine states and provinces from the United States, Brazil, and Indonesia on Forest and Climate Change related activities. A report on the final plans will be delivered at the 15th United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Conference of the Parties (COP-15) in Copenhagen, Denmark in December 2009.
